Dear Brethren, dear interested visitors,
In my capacity as Worshipful Master and elected Chair of the masonic lodge “Libanon zu den 3 Cedern” in Erlangen, I warmly welcome you to our website.
As one of the oldest associations in Erlangen, founded in 1757, we as freemasons endeavour to uphold and practice the fundamental masonic ideals of freedom, equality, brotherhood, tolerance, and humanity.
The guiding principles “Truth, Justice, and Philanthropy” (“Wahrheit, Recht und Menschenliebe”), prominently engraved in the pediment of our lodge building in Erlangen, exemplify the ethical character of our fraternal association.
I therefore take pleasure in inviting all Brethren to participate in our stated meetings and the interested public to join us at one of our guest evenings (which are published in the events section of the German language version of our website) or for a personal conversation.
